Job summary

G-TECH Services LLC seeks a Production Supervisor to lead small work teams in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing setting. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement initiatives while driving daily targets.

The ideal candidate will manage manpower, coach Team Leaders, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to sustain production performance and cost control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience leading or supervising teams in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work any shift and overtime as required.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead production teams to achieve daily production, safety, quality, cost, and throughput targets.
• Ensure production plans are met and address issues affecting performance.
• Manage manpower allocation, absenteeism, training, and team development.
• Promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Monitor production and quality KPIs, identify gaps and drive corrective actions.
• Analyze production losses and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve area performance.
• Lead and participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to improve processes and sustain results.
• Coach, mentor, and develop Team Leaders and production employees.
• Build relationships with plant leadership, hourly employees, customers, and support teams.
• Coordinate resources to facilitate problem solving; manage multiple priorities.
