Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma.
• At least 1 year of leadership in a manufacturing setting.
• Bilingual in Spanish is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead production teams and collaborate with supervisors to drive performance.
• Train new and existing employees through formal processes.
• Coach and administer corrective actions as needed.
• Manage attendance, compliance, and policy adherence.
