Job summary

Andersen Corporation is seeking a Team Lead to direct daily production line activities for a department of 5–40 associates in Garland, TX. You will coach and train staff, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement using AMS tools to meet safety, quality and delivery goals.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with a focus on cross-training and supporting improvement projects across value streams.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in manufacturing operations.
• Lean training or certification preferred.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, changeover and setup.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong verbal and written communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily production line activities for 5–40 associates.
• Ensure safety, quality, delivery, cost and maintenance standards.
• Coach, train and develop employees; provide feedback.
• Lead Tier1 daily meetings and cross-training coordination.
• Support AMS projects and maintain visual management tools.
