You will coach, train, and provide feedback to production associates, coordinate staffing, and participate in problem solving using AMS tools (5 Why, PDCA, MCA). This role emphasizes communication and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in manufacturing operations.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methods and basic machine diagnostics.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily Tier1 production direction and ensure safety, quality, and on-time output.
• Coach, train, and motivate a 5–40 person production team with AMS tools.
• Identify constraints and drive AMS projects to improve metrics.
