Right Hand Recruiting in the SF Bay Area is seeking a Production Supervisor for a fast-growing premium food manufacturer. You will lead the shift on automated lines, ensuring safety, quality, and yield while owning the line end-to-end.

You will coach operators, manage scheduling, and drive continuous improvement, all while enforcing food safety documentation and maintaining a positive, accountable team culture.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years supervising in food manufacturing
• Experience with automated equipment
• Strong food safety and quality knowledge
• Track record of building accountable, motivated teams
• Lean experience is a plus

Lead the line. Own the shift.

A fast-growing, purpose-driven food manufacturer making premium refrigerated products needs a Production Supervisor who wants real ownership. You'll run your shift end to end, covering safety, quality, efficiency, and yield, and you'll have the authority to make it better.

What You’ll Do
