Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing teams in a high-speed environment.
• Strong safety focus and ability to enforce GMP/SQF standards.
• Ability to train and motivate staff, manage rotations and coverage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production rooms to ensure efficient runs and meet quality goals.
• Verify item/quantity allocation and record keeping on job tickets and scanners.
• Assess shift labor needs to optimize line throughput and downtime categories.
