Job description

Job Summary:

This position involves all aspects of production, including maintaining knowledge of medical components, mastering assembly room functions, resolving conveyor line issues, and leading Clean Room Assemblers. Training will be provided on procedures, processes, tray standardization, and conveyor guidelines.

Essential Job Functions:

1. Complete visual inspections based on sampling plans and procedures.
2. Investigate and resolve quality and production issues under supervision.
3. Improve throughput efficiencies using assembly process expertise.
4. Assist in annual evaluations for Clean Room Assemblers.
5. Lead, audit, and inspect work of Clean Room Assemblers.
6. Maintain cleanliness and appearance standards of the assembly room.
7. Provide progress feedback and assist with shift paperwork.
8. Model professional conduct and address performance issues appropriately.
9. Perform additional duties as assigned.
