Night & Day Shift Nursing Staff Coordinator

Our client is seeking a coordinator for their agency, which acts as an intermediary between nursing facilities and nurses. The agency operates 24/7. Medical facilities will contact the coordinator to request nursing staff for specific timeframes, often within the same day or hour.

Your Role:

1. Research the closest available nursing staff to the facility.
2. Contact the nursing staff to confirm their availability.
3. Coordinate their shifts to match client requirements.
4. Ensure staff are prepared and arrive at the facility on the scheduled dates and times.

This role requires a professional multitasker capable of working in a fast-paced environment. You must be proactive, tech-savvy, and comfortable communicating frequently via phone, which will be a significant part of your responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Shift hours are either 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM or 3:30 PM - 1:30 AM (EST); 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM or 10:30 PM - 6:30 AM (SA).
• Availability to work 5-6 days per week, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
• High-speed internet connection (above 50 Mbps).
• Computer with Core i5 processor or higher, 16GB RAM.
• An additional monitor is preferred.
• Flexibility to pick up weekend shifts if required.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
