Reyes Automotive Group is seeking a Production Team Leader for the Injection Molding/Blow Molding department. You will lead hourly team members on the 3rd shift at Applewhite, starting 9:30pm, with a Monday–Friday schedule and potential OT.

The role emphasizes safeguarding personnel, enforcing quality controls, training staff, and coordinating with support teams to meet KPIs. Strong English communication and the ability to work with diverse teams are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year manufacturing experience, preferably automotive.
• Minimum 2 years as Team Leader in manufacturing.
• Read, write and speak English.
• Bilingual English-Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as first line of leadership for hourly team members.
• Ensure safety policies are followed and PPE used.
• Train team members on SWI and quality alerts.
• Coordinate team activities using Kanban and Andon systems.
• Maintain productivity and liaise with support teams.
