Job summary

Reyes Automotive Group LLC is seeking a Production Group Leader for the B28 night shift in San Antonio, TX. The role supports the Team Lead and oversees hourly team members in the Injection/Blow Molding department to meet safety, quality and productivity targets.

You will monitor shift performance, coordinate mold changes, and coach staff to achieve 85%+ OEE while ensuring adherence to standard work and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 2 years as Group Lead in manufacturing.
• Bilingual English-Spanish preferred.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and work on a production floor.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Team Lead as the first line of leadership within the department for all hourly team members.
• Ensure safety, quality and productivity adherence across the shift.
• Monitor safety rules, PPE usage and ergonomics for Team Members.
• Coordinate mold changes and track downtime for productivity.
• Coach and develop team members to meet KPI expectations and SWI adherence.
• Complete required reports accurately and timely for Supervisor.
