Reyes Automotive Group LLC is seeking a Production Team Leader for the Injection Molding/Blow Molding Production area. This onsite role reports to the Group Lead/Shift Supervisor and oversees hourly team members on the 3rd shift.

The position emphasizes safety, quality, and productivity, requiring at least two years of team leadership in manufacturing, with strong communication and bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred. OT may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1 year manufacturing experience, preferably in automotive.
• Minimum 2 years as Team Leader in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Act as the first line of leadership for hourly team members.
• Ensure safety policies and PPE usage; enforce policies.
• Train team members for job performance and quality requirements.
• Ensure SWI adherence and poke-yoke testing.
• Monitor 5S, TPM, and visual controls; update as needed.
• Manage Kanban cards and workload distribution.
• Coordinate with peers to meet production goals.
• Respond to Andon alerts and resolve issues quickly.
• Prepare and submit required production reports to Group Leader.
