Reyes Automotive Group in San Antonio, TX seeks a Production Group Leader for the night shift in the Injection Molding/Blow Molding Production department. This role acts as the first line of leadership, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity across hourly team members.

The candidate will assist the Team Lead, enforce safety policies, and drive continuous improvement to meet KPI targets. A minimum of 2 years as a Group Lead in manufacturing is required, with bilingual English/Spanish

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years manufacturing experience, preferably automotive.
• Minimum of 2 years as Group Lead in manufacturing.
• Bilingual English-Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety rules are followed and led by example.
• Train and coach Team Members; enforce ergonomics and PPE usage.
• Coordinate mold changes and monitor changeovers.
• Monitor OEE and scrap, escalate issues to meet production targets.
• Prepare and review reports as requested by Supervisor.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts and root cause analyses.
• Maintain SWIs and ensure adherence to standard work instructions.
