The Kraft Heinz Company is currently seeking a Team Lead at our food processing facility in Lowville, NY. Candidates should be safety and quality conscious, adaptable, and team-oriented. Responsibilities include performing general production duties in a food manufacturing environment, following strict quality and safety standards.

Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Facilitate line loss analysis and throughput improvement plans.
• Analyze daily data to identify loss reduction opportunities.
• Participate in audits, food safety, and sanitation teams.
• Monitor and investigate production stops and issues on the floor.
• Lead root cause analysis and develop countermeasures.
• Ensure compliance with centerline and quality management systems.
• Perform other duties as assigned, following GMP and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Skills and Attributes

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic project management skills.
• Strong planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of safety policies and documentation importance.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in all plant environments.
