Job summary

Konica Minolta is seeking a Production Systems Technician to perform maintenance and repairs on our production print products. You’ll use diagnostic skills and a range of tools to keep customer equipment running and connected, while traveling to sites within your territory.

Qualifications

• 2+ years servicing/repairing office equipment, production printers preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• Reliable transportation to drive to customer sites daily.
• Exposure to IT networks or A+/N+ certifications is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on Konica Minolta production print products, including diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Use and maintain a variety of tools and gauges to repair production machinery.
• Travel to customer sites within assigned territory and manage scheduling.
• Represent Konica Minolta professionally and build trusted customer relationships with high satisfaction.
• Log service visits and document updates for each client account.
• Collaborate with Account Management and other technicians to resolve issues and expand market share.
• May be required to be available after hours on an on-call basis.
