Responsibilities

• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents in production systems with minimal business disruption.
• Train first level support when possible.
• Act as point-of-contact for system inquiries and escalate when needed.
• Perform data corrections and updates to mitigate business risk.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify recurring problems and create both temporary and long-term fixes.
• Create SQL scripts and stored procedures to update critical data.
• Track system health, job processing, and integrations to prevent downtime.
• Provide timely updates to operations, business units, and leadership on incidents.
