Job summary

Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc. is hiring a Production Support Analyst to deliver second- and third-line technical support for critical production environments.

You will monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents in production systems and train first-level support where possible. Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in production or application support within logistics, with hands-on SQL, SSRS, and familiarity with TMS/WMS/ERP systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Business Systems or related field.
  • 2–4 years in production/application support, preferably logistics.
  • Experience with TMS/WMS/ERP and SQL databases.
  • Familiar with incident management tools (Freshworks/Jira).

Responsibilities

  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents with minimal disruption.
  • Train first-level support when possible.
  • Act as contact point for system inquiries; escalate as needed.
  • Perform data updates and corrections to mitigate risk.
  • Analyze recurring issues and implement solutions.
  • Create SQL scripts to update data gaps.
  • Track system health, job processing, and integrations.
  • Provide updates to business units and leadership on incidents.
  • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and upgrades.
