Job summary

Polaris Inc. in the United States is seeking a Production Support Engineer to lead cross-functional product development and manufacturing initiatives from concept through production. You will drive schedule, cost, quality, performance, and reliability while applying PDP, PPS, and Lean principles.

You will partner with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to develop manufacturable solutions, lead problem solving, and promote continuous improvement across products and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of program leadership or engineering project/design leadership experience.
• Ability to influence others and build cross-functional relationships.
• Strong project planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional product development and manufacturing engineering programs from concept through production.
• Direct programs using PDP and PPS, ensuring requirements, deliverables, milestones and objectives are achieved.
• Manage scope, schedules, budgets, resources, and team assignments.
• Provide technical leadership for root cause analysis and corrective actions in production and field issues.
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean principles and structured problem solving.
