• Identify and remove obstacles interfering with Operator's standard work.
• Support daily production by containing and escalating problems.
• Drive continuous improvement and escalate issues when needed.
• Document problems for root cause analysis and countermeasures.
• Audit and provide feedback on operator standard work and 5S.
