About the Role

The Production Support Manager sits within the Solidifi Product Strategy Team and is a critical liaison role between the business, technology teams, and all internal and external clients and partners. This individual will have overall accountability for the Production Support Department and will work closely with all areas of the business.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of Production Support for North American Valuations, including Solidifi Values, Solidifi BPO Platform, SFSWeb, Solidifi CA & iV3, and reporting platform applications.
• Oversight for all client deployments from requirements to active client engagement stage.
• Oversight for all platform product releases including UAT and regression testing for technology releases, both internal and external.
• Integration relationship and support management with 3rd party vendors.
• Facilitate and manage new client/feature implementations with all internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitate operational feature roll-out, ensuring business awareness, readiness and training.
• Coordinate communication, including issue identification, escalation, and resolution, between business and technical operations.
• Collaborate with business and Project Management on issue prioritization and managing to budget.
• Oversight of back-office system and control processes, including fee updates, role management, user and client setups, ensuring proper procedures are followed.
• Creation and maintenance of deployment and production support guides.
• Report on departmental health, including service requests, issues, and deployment pipeline.
• Arrange and monitor schedules to ensure departmental coverage; provide on-call support.
• Encourage ongoing process improvements and efficiency recommendations.

Skills and Expertise

• Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of 3-4 years progressive business experience.
• Ability to work in a fluid environment.
• Skills in facilitation and change management.
• Keen business translation and communication skills with high EQ.
• Caring, understandable and flexible people leader.
• Strong troubleshooting skills required.
• Ability to exercise discretion and strong decision-making skills.
• Operational and technical experience preferred.
• Strong MS Office suite of products (Excel, Office, Powerpoint, etc.) experience a plus.
• Experience with Atlassian and Samanage product platforms a plus.
• Knowledge of the mortgage, consumer banking, real estate, appraisal, title industry a plus.
