Rate: up to $100 USD per hour

Location: Remote, USA (with up to 5% travel for new client kickoff)

We are recruiting for a client who is supporting their end-users with mission-critical Oracle environments. The team helps organizations manage, optimize, and troubleshoot their Oracle applications and infrastructure. We're seeking a proactive and experienced Application Support Manager to oversee their key client accounts and ensure high service quality and client satisfaction.

Key Skills Required

Manage a team of Oracle Cloud support agents, serving as the primary technical and relationship point of contact for client support operations.

Coordinate issue resolution with internal technical teams, ensuring timely response and high-quality outcomes for client incidents and service requests.

Monitor and report on SLA adherence, ticket metrics, and client satisfaction, escalating risks and opportunities for improvement.

Conduct regular client check-ins and service reviews to ensure alignment on goals, upcoming needs, and satisfaction levels.

Lead incident and problem management efforts, providing direction during high-severity events and ensuring root cause analysis is conducted.

Core Responsibilities

Deep Oracle ecosystem knowledge, primarily in Oracle Cloud technologies across multiple modules, with demonstrated experience managing quarterly release cycles, assessing impact, and coordinating regression testing.

Excellence with P2T (Production to Test) refreshes, including planning, execution oversight, and post-refresh validation activities to ensure data integrity and system performance.

Understanding of and experience with the Redwood user experience within Oracle Cloud, including awareness of its impact on design, usability, and end-user adoption.

Excellent client-facing communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical details into clear, diplomatic language for a variety of stakeholders.

Proven leadership and team coordination experience within application or infrastructure support environments, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple client accounts and competing priorities.

This is a high-impact role with visibility across multiple stakeholders — ideal for someone with deep Oracle Cloud knowledge and a process-driven mindset.
