This critical position will provide leadership and assistance to our GIS Production team, ensure the timely and profitable completion of projects, and lead our customer support team. A successful candidate should be comfortable managing multiple teams while adhering to deadlines and revenue targets.

A deep understanding of Esri technology, solutions, and concepts is required, along with an inquisitive and driven mindset to excel.

Responsibilities

1. Provide team leadership; set clear and measurable goals; actively coach and mentor staff; hold staff accountable for meeting goals and customer expectations.
2. Drive attainment of professional service revenue targets by coaching, developing, and managing PS staff.
3. Drive attainment of customer support KPIs by coaching, developing, and managing support staff.
4. Work closely with peers across the organization to stay current on Esri technology and trends.
5. Resource scheduling to ensure project coverage.
6. Meet monthly revenue goals and collaborate with upper management on performance forecasts.
7. Analyze current production and support processes and develop improved methodologies.
8. Assist Sales with scoping, sizing, and estimating efforts for opportunities.
9. Serve as a key escalation point for customer concerns, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
10. Manage personnel issues, including hiring, performance evaluations, development plans, and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Prior management experience in a service organization.
• Professional GIS experience required.
• Knowledge of cadastral and land records processes.
• Understanding of local government operations is desirable.
• Financial forecasting experience is a plus.
• Project management skills preferred.
• Experience managing remote teams is desirable.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects within challenging timelines.

Salary Range

$75,000 - $85,000
