Job summary

Wyld’s Production team seeks a reliable, detail-oriented operator to prepare and log ingredients, rotate stations, and uphold quality and sanitation standards in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates possess 6+ months in food production, strong communication, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy and teamwork. 21+ and English proficiency are required; state compliance and permits apply; packaging support may be needed.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of experience in a food production or kitchen setting.
• Must follow kitchen sanitation and safety regulations.
• Able to work with urgency in a team or independently.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Must be 21 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and log ingredients quickly and rotate stations as needed.
• Operate equipment in production following state guidelines.
• Maintain QA/QC standards and sanitation.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues at all levels.
• Assist with packaging tasks as required.
• Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and workspace.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
