JustinBradley seeks an experienced Application Support Analyst to join the Technology Operations team in the United States. You will provide production support for critical business applications, troubleshoot complex issues, and partner with business users and technical teams to ensure stability, performance, and availability.

The ideal candidate has strong application support experience, deep SQL knowledge, and a passion for exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Application/Production Support for complex applications.
• Advanced SQL skills for queries, data extraction, and reports.
• Experience with UNIX/Linux, Java-based applications, and ITSM tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier II application support for production applications and business-critical systems.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, interruptions, defects, and application issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions or workarounds to minimize business impact.
• Monitor application health, system performance, and operational metrics to proactively identify and resolve issues.
• Develop and execute SQL queries, data extractions, and reports to support business and client requirements.
• Support application maintenance activities, upgrades, deployments, and production releases.
• Track, document, and communicate production issues to stakeholders and support teams.
• Participate in Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes following ITIL best practices.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, database, and business teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Maintain production support documentation, knowledge articles, and operational procedures.
• Participate in major incident management activities and support command center events as needed.
• Participate in a rotating 24x7 on-call support schedule, including off-hours and weekend support when required.
