Citi in New York, NY is recruiting for a Production Support Analyst through its Full Time Technology Analyst Program. You will help maintain stable production systems, collaborate with diverse teams, and build automation while developing broad technical and business understanding of banking platforms.

The program is designed to rotate you across Services, Markets, Banking, and Data, exposing you to Java/Spring, React/Angular, AI tooling, and cloud-native environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a tech field (CS/CE/IT/MIS or related).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills with a global mindset.
• Interest in agile methods and collaboration across time zones.

Responsibilities
