Qualifications

• Graduation between Dec 2027 and May 2028 (target for Summer Analyst).
• GPA of 3.0 or better is preferred.
• Authorized to work in US without sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in a tech field is required.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Experience in agile teams is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and optimize live production systems for reliability and performance.
• Monitor end‑to‑end application environments in real time.
• Participate in incident and problem management across services, markets, and data teams.
• Develop tooling and automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Gain hands‑on experience with Linux/Unix, databases, and cloud/container tech.
