Job summary

Experis is seeking a Production Support professional to join our client’s Operations team in Chandler, AZ. You will run day-to-day operations of the technology platform (Informatica/Datastage) and monitor performance while coordinating with development and business teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Production Support, strong ITIL knowledge, and excellent communication skills to support incident, problem management, and release activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT Production Support experience or related fields.
• Experience with Informatic a/Datastage, Splunk, Dynatrace, and scripting in Unix/Windows environments.
• Experience with Oracle, DB2, and PL/SQL performance tuning.
• Knowledge of event-driven and batch processes.
• Strong communication skills in English and collaboration across teams.

• Experience with Oracle, DB2, and PL/SQL query performance tuning.
• Knowledge of event-driven and schedule-driven batch processes.
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
