Job summary

Experis is seeking a Production Support professional to join our client’s Operations team in Chandler, AZ. You will run day-to-day operations of the technology platform (Informatica/Datastage) and monitor performance while coordinating with development and business teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Production Support, strong ITIL knowledge, and excellent communication skills to support incident, problem management, and release activities.

Qualifications

5+ years of IT Production Support experience or related fields.
Experience with Informatic a/Datastage, Splunk, Dynatrace, and scripting in Unix/Windows environments.
Experience with Oracle, DB2, and PL/SQL performance tuning.
Knowledge of event-driven and batch processes.
Strong communication skills in English and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

Run day-to-day operations of the technology platform (Informatica/Datastage).
Identify production issues, create incident tickets, and communicate with development and business teams.
Support incident, problem management, and release activities.
Monitor application performance and troubleshoot technical issues.
Collaborate with infrastructure and testing teams for releases and upgrades.
