Job summary

  • Partner with operations, maintenance, and leadership teams to achieve plant objectives.

As a Production Supervisor you will lead hourly production employees to ensure the safe, efficient, and compliant operation of manufacturing processes. This role is responsible for driving safety, quality, productivity, employee development, and continuous improvement while maintaining accurate production records and workforce accountability.

Key Responsibilities

TO MAKE SURE NOTHING IS FORGOTTEN

This role is a 12-hour weekend shift position working Friday through Sunday. To support a successful transition, the selected candidate will begin with approximately 6 months of training on a day-shift schedule, gaining hands-on experience and developing a strong understanding of our operations, equipment, processes, and leadership expectations before transitioning to the permanent weekend schedule. This position is part of a new weekend shift we are implementing, offering an exciting opportunity to help establish the team, shape best practices, and contribute to the success of this growing operation from the ground up.

Benefits In Joining Us

Certain locations require pay information be provided in job postings. Saint-Gobain aims to deliver a comprehensive Total Rewards package to support our employees’ wellbeing and help improve daily life for themselves and their families. We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $72,500.00 to $111,500.00 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary, depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.

In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 9% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $79,000.00 to $121,500.00. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
