Job summary

Saint-Gobain Performance Polymer Solutions seeks a Production Supervisor for 2nd Shift (3:00pm–11:00pm, M-F) to oversee material flow across injection molding, machining, and annealing. You will drive efficiency, quality, and operational excellence with a zero-defect mindset, collaborating with engineering, tooling, assembly, and supply chain to improve processes.

You will lead setup time reductions, monitor downtime, implement productivity metrics, manage scrap recycling, ensure equipment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (required).
• Master's Degree in Engineering (preferred).
• 5+ years manufacturing experience supervising manufacturing processes (required).
• Excellent analytical skills, hands-on approach, proactive safety and urgency in problem solving; reading blueprints; FMEA & PFMEA (required).
• Familiarity with MRP systems like SAP/QAD (required).
• Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred).
• Background in WCM or similar cost-saving initiatives (preferred).

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer prospective candidates and provide the national pay range for this position which is $81,500 to $126,500 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 10% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $81,500 to $139,150. Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
