CertainTeed is seeking a Production Supervisor I to oversee daily production activities, drive safety, quality, housekeeping, and cost control. You will manage hourly staff, set performance goals, and enforce plant rules while promoting strong employee relations on the shift.
You will monitor productivity, provide feedback and training, and ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety requirements. The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing with union environment exposure.

The Production Supervisor I monitors employee productivity by providing useful feedback and training, and sets employees' performance goals that comply with the organization's plans and vision. They consistently and equitably enforce plant rules, holding employees accountable for all facets of their jobs.
The Production Supervisor I is held accountable to ensure production activities are carried out in compliance with all environmental, health, and safety requirements, compliance with legal and company policies, and procedures in a manner consistent with SGC CertainTeed LLC Principles of Conduct and Action.
This Production Supervisor works from 6PM to 6AM on the 2-2-3 schedule which includes some weekend work. Supervisors usually arrive around 5:30 PM to get the shift set up and then depart around 6:15 AM.

We believe in the importance of pay transparency in what we offer potential candidates. Provided is the national pay range for this position which is $72,500 to $111,500 per year. However, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is 9% of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The Total Target Cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position, is $79,025 to $121,535.
Bonus payments are part of variable compensation and by nature can vary based on company and individual performance and is not a guarantee.
