Saint-Gobain/CertainTeed is seeking a Production Supervisor for the night shift. You will supervise hourly workers, lead safety meetings, and drive adherence to environmental, health, and safety standards while ensuring cost efficiency and quality.

Supervises the daily activities of production personnel and provides key leadership to safety, quality, housekeeping and cost reduction while promoting positive employee relations within the production team. Monitors employee productivity by providing useful feedback and training. Sets employees performance goals that comply with the organization’s plans and vision. Consistently and equitably, enforce plant rules, holding crewmember's accountable for all facets of their jobs. Supervisor is held accountable to ensure production activities are carried out in compliance with all environmental, health, and safety requirements, compliance with legal and company policies, and procedures in a manner consistent with SGC CertainTeed LLC Principles of Conduct and Action.
This position is on the night shift on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule that includes working every other weekend. Shift hours are from 7:45 PM to 8:00 AM.
Education: Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)
