Saint-Gobain/CertainTeed is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd or 3rd shift in Minnesota. You will oversee hourly production staff, ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, and drive continuous improvement on the line.
The role requires a 4-year degree preferred and 3+ years of supervisory manufacturing experience; proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with Kronos and SAP; and knowledge of ISO, Lean, TPM, 5S, and Six Sigma.
3PM-11:00PM or 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM, with some weekend work required.
Supervises the daily activities of production personnel and provides key leadership to safety, quality, housekeeping and cost reduction while promoting positive employee relations within the production team. Supervisor is held accountable to ensure production activities are carried out in compliance with all environmental, health, and safety requirements, policies, and procedures and is a key driver of Saint-Gobain's Trust, Empowerment and Collaboration initiative.

Certain states require pay information to be provided in job postings. The national pay range for this position is [$72,500-$111,500] per year; however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual bonus. The targeted bonus amount is [9%] of base salary based on company and individual performance measures. The total target cash range (base pay and annual bonus) for this position is [$79,025- $121,500.00].
