Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor in Youngstown, OH to lead one or more manufacturing teams. The role focuses on timely completion of tasks, assigning daily work, and monitoring progress while ensuring safety and quality standards.

You will work with management to improve processes and efficiency across production areas, while mentoring staff and maintaining compliance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising manufacturing staff in an ISO 9001 environment.
• Ability to read industrial drawings and specifications.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience ensuring safety and quality standards.
• US work authorization without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff to produce manufactured products and manages workflow.
• Plans, monitors, and appraises job results; coaches employees.
• Recruits, onboards, trains, and mentors staff.
• Maintains workflow by improving processes and monitoring equipment.
• Schedules personnel and prioritizes work; reports results.
• Ensures production standards and quality are met.
