Job summary

Panelmatic, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Production Coordinator to coordinate production schedules between Youngstown and Brookfield facilities.

You will work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, ensure stage gates are completed for clear-to-build, and maintain production records to support on-time delivery. The role requires strong organizational skills, experience in manufacturing environments, and proficiency in office software.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in metal manufacturing coordination, inventory control, purchasing, or logistics.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and best practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate production schedules and manufacturing activities.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve production issues and hold owners accountable to tasks.
• Ensure and verify all stage gates are completed to allow for clear-to-build.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records.
• Support timely delivery of finished products and monitor workflow to meet targets.
