Responsibilities

• Lead a functional department within a shift structure to meet daily goals and improve processes.
• Drive culture and maintain safety, coaching team members and resolving concerns.
• Oversee operational execution, plan daily/weekly work, and ensure KPI targets are met.
• Manage inventory accuracy and customer-focused service levels.
• Prepare budgets for labor and supplies and support multi‑shift operations.
