Job summary

Carter's is seeking a Supervisor, Production for the 4th shift at our Braselton facility. You will lead a team of 20-35 direct reports in a fast-paced, on-site environment, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity meet daily goals.

This leadership role requires servant leadership, strong communication, and accountability to develop team members, manage timekeeping, and drive continuous improvement across the shift.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in a related field
• 3-5 years of managerial level experience
• 1-3 years in apparel distribution area
• Experience in automated distribution center is preferred
• Flexibility to work different shifts and extended hours based upon business needs

Responsibilities

• Drive culture and maximize performance through servant leadership and clear expectations.
• Plan daily/weekly production and communicate to the team to meet KPI targets.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support customer-focused decisions while reducing waste.
• Oversee timecard maintenance and payroll for associates; manage budgets for direct/indirect labor and supplies.
