Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience.
• Minimum 3 years of industrial manufacturing experience.
• Experience with pallet rack manufacturing is preferred.
• Experience with D365 ERP is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety at Nucor Warehouse Systems Vernon, and drive world-class quality for customers.
• Develop and mentor the NWS team to achieve production metrics and continuous improvement.
• Enforce safety policies, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
