Job summary

Nucor Warehouse Systems Vernon is hiring a Production Supervisor to lead safety and quality in our production areas. You will steer teams, drive performance metrics, and champion world-class manufacturing practices.

The successful candidate brings prior leadership and at least 3 years in industrial manufacturing, with preference for pallet rack manufacturing and D365 ERP experience. We offer strong benefits and a safety-first culture.

• Previous leadership experience.

• Experience with pallet rack manufacturing is preferred.

Basic Job Functions:

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for leading safety at Nucor Warehouse Systems (NWS) Vernon. The Production Supervisor will lead the NWS Team in providing world-class quality products to all our customers.The Production Supervisor will also be responsible for team development and achieving performance metrics in any of the production areas of the plant.

The successful candidate will be a strong leader adept at positively influencing teammates, driving cultural change, and continually improving processes.
