Nucor Rebar Fabrication Southwest in North Las Vegas, NV is seeking a shift supervisor to lead a production team, maintain safety and quality, and optimize daily workflows. The role requires strong leadership, safety discipline, and hands-on problem solving across reinforcing steel fabrication lines.

You will coordinate with shop Leads, ensure timely production, and train teammates to uphold high safety and efficiency standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have completed high school or equivalent.
• 5+ years in production environment or related experience.
• 3+ years in supervisory role.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Promote and enforce safety and NRF values on the shift.
• Establish daily work assignments to maximize shift operations.
• Oversee department teammates, safety, and housekeeping to meet quality/quantity standards.
• Train teammates and assign mentors for safe, efficient equipment use.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Collect data for production reports and ensure timely task completion.
