Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking a Production Supervisor in our Kentucky facility to oversee hourly staff across blow molding operations. You will ensure safety, quality, and productivity while driving continuous improvement on the shift.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent operations experience, plus 2 years of supervisory/managment experience in manufacturing, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and/or related operations experience or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an operations supervisory/management role in manufacturing with leadership demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Supervise hourly employees across all phases of blow molded container manufacturing.
• Ensure safety, quality, and housekeeping per policies; manage shift performance.
• Lead training, performance management, and shift documentation for CQI.
