Job summary

Justrite Safety Group seeks a capable Maintenance team supervisor to safeguard operations and drive efficiency on the production floor. You will lead a cross-functional team, ensure safety and quality targets, and implement improvements while coordinating with planners and site leadership.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree, 2–4 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing, and strong data-driven decision-making. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 2-4 years of supervisory experience in a production environment.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing preferred.
• Infor SyteLine experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversees production floor to ensure safety, product quality and target production rates.
• Ensures proper training, clear expectations, and constructive feedback to associates.
• Maintains production schedules and deadlines.
• Maintains production documentation and daily transactions.
• Plans and implements process improvements and enhancements.
• Communicates changes as directed.
• Ensures proper disposal of materials/waste according to policy.
• Reports equipment breakdowns and collaborates to maximize productivity.
• Works cross-functionally with other departments.
• Maintains inventory transactions and cycle counts.
• Communicates variances to planners/schedulers.
• Prevents production disruptions with cross-functional collaboration.
• Maintains 5S and Visual Management on the floor.
• Promotes safety culture and documents safety actions.
• Performs TPM activities as required.
• Adheres to company policies and safety regulations.
• Supervises overtime as needed.
