Justrite Safety Group in Wilkesboro, NC is seeking a Team Leader to oversee production within the Chemical & Environmental Safety division. You will lead a team, ensure safety, quality, and timely execution of tasks, and collaborate across departments to maintain high standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of team leadership experience, strong communication, and a commitment to safety. The role requires flexible hours and may include overtime to meet production demands.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a team lead.

Responsibilities

• Understand the process within the area and assign tasks to team members.
• Communicate directions and procedures clearly to the team.
• Monitor on-site production activities to ensure safety, quality and efficiency.
• Provide leadership for the team and guide colleagues to meet production targets.
• Ensure all workers wear required PPE and follow safety standards.
• Fill in on a job when an employee is absent.
