Job summary

Justrite Safety Group is seeking a Director of Operations for our Broomfield, CO and Titusville, PA sites. You will lead manufacturing, engineering, quality, maintenance, planning, warehouse, and EHS to deliver safe, on-time production and cost-effective results.

You will champion LEAN practices, develop leaders, and partner with HR and finance to align site performance with corporate goals while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience with LEAN culture and cost reduction.
• Strong cost systems, production planning, quality, maintenance, and safety knowledge.
• Ability to lead through influence and develop future leaders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP experience preferred.
• Attention to safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead all site operations to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity targets.
• Develop reports and lead direct reports including Production, Maintenance, Engineering, Planning, Warehouse, and Quality.
• Set short- and long-term operational strategies aligned with forecasts.
• Drive LEAN manufacturing, standardization, waste reduction, and Kaizen events.
• Foster safety culture and ensure OSHA/EPA compliance.
• Build a high-performing leadership team and talent development.
• Manage annual budget and drive cost reduction while maintaining quality.
