Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years supervisory experience in a production environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with Infor SyteLine and manufacturing processes.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the production floor to ensure a safe, efficient environment and production rates.
• Ensures training, sets expectations, and provides feedback to associates.
• Keeps schedules and deadlines on track and ensures documentation is up to date.
• Plans, develops, and implements process improvements and changes as needed.
• Maintains 5S and visual management standards on the floor and promotes safety.
