Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead the assigned production area, drive efficiency, ensure safety and quality, and manage daily operations. The role requires coordinating with maintenance and management to meet schedules, optimize throughput, and coach team members in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate will have a four-year degree or equivalent experience, 3+ years in supervision, and familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, with strong problem-solving

Qualifications

• A four-year degree is preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in production floor supervision.
• Lean, Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methods are a plus.
• Industrial Safety Training experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills with results-driven mindset.
• Team-oriented with ability to coach and develop others.
• Willingness to work any shift as needed.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint; good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, execute and lead the assigned production area.
• Meet safety, quality, delivery, production, cost and communication objectives.
• Meet production schedules within budgeted allocation.
• Provide on-the-job training and development for crew members.
