Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing with at least 1 year in supervision.
• 2 years of hands-on quality inspection/quality assurance experience.
• Experience performing quality inspections, audits, and CAPA processes.
• Knowledge of production processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Conduct or oversee in-process, final, and random quality inspections to meet specs.
• Review inspection reports and QC metrics to identify trends and corrective actions.
• Partner with QA to investigate issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Ensure inspection equipment is maintained and calibrated.
• Train production employees on quality standards and defect prevention.
