Job summary

ADP, Inc. seeks an experienced Paint Operations Supervisor to lead all facets of industrial painting in a heavy manufacturing setting.

You will supervise paint personnel, manage safety, quality, production, budget and schedule, and drive continuous improvement and Lean initiatives across the shop. You will coordinate with Safety and Production leaders, ensure compliance with customer specifications, and maintain equipment readiness, coatings readiness, and process documentation to support

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years in industrial painting with at least 2 years in management.
• NACE Certification preferred.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Strong technical background.
• Experience implementing CI initiatives and quality tools.

Responsibilities

• Direct production activities to improve operational performance and introduce new projects.
• Lead Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency, quality, and cost.
• Manage day-to-day operations to meet production objectives and budgets.
• Oversee paint operations, including setup, coatings readiness, thickness measurements, and equipment maintenance.
• Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve quality, schedule, and technical concerns.
• Ensure environmental, health & safety compliance and maintain required regulatory documentation.
