Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in supervision, operations management, manufacturing, or related field preferred.
• 2–4 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, coach, and develop production employees.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects and competing priorities.
• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated project management capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and common business tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively with employees, peers, management, and cross-functional teams.
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and promote a strong culture of workplace safety and employee accountability.
• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to meet production goals, quality standards, and delivery requirements.
• Manage staffing, production workflow, employee assignments, and daily reporting.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost.
