Job summary

MAPEI USA in Illinois seeks a Production Supervisor to lead a fast-paced manufacturing team, ensuring schedules, quality and safety. You will organize resources, supervise staff, and provide on-the-job training to meet company standards.

You will monitor staffing within approved levels and collaborate with quality, regulatory, and reporting teams. A bachelor's degree is preferred, with at least 1 year supervisory experience and proficiency with computers.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing or process environment.
• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university, strongly preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Organize resources and workflows to meet production schedules and quality standards
• Supervise production team members and ensure safe, efficient operation of equipment
• Provide on-the-job training and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Monitor staffing levels and maintain manpower within authorized levels
• Collaborate with corporate teams to support quality, regulatory, and reporting standards
• Analyze operations for improvements in methods, tools, communication, and cost control
• Ensure compliance with production procedures, safety protocols, and quality expectations
• Follow all safety procedures, work rules, and company policies
• Perform additional duties as needed
