MAPEI Corporation in Kentucky is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead a fast-paced manufacturing team in the production of construction chemicals and building materials. You will organize resources, supervise staff, ensure safety, and monitor quality to meet schedules and standards.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude with manufacturing or process environment experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university strongly preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Proficient with computers.
• Oral and written communication skills.
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs; up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Forklift experience/certification is a plus.
• Must be able to accommodate 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift hours.

Position Specific Details

• You will earn between $75,000 to $85,000 based on your experience and qualifications.
• If you are assigned to the 2nd or 3rd shift, you will also receive an additional premium shift differential of $192.00 biweekly, which equates to $5,000 annually.

Qualifications

• You must be mechanically inclined and have experience in a manufacturing or process type of environment.
• Bachelor’s (B.A.) degree from a four year College or University, strongly preferred.
• At a minimum, require High School Diploma or GED
• A minimum of 1-year supervisory experience or equivalent combination of education, experience and/or training.
• You should be proficient and comfortable with computers.
• Demonstrate proficient oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs. independently; and up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
• You must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Forklift experience/certification is a plus.
• Must be able to accommodate the designated shift hours: 1st shift (days), 2nd shift (3:00 pm – 11:00 am approx.) or a 3rd shift (10:00 pm to 6:30 am approx.)
